Your employer uses this system to manage human resources in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations.

What we process

Identity and contact details, employment and contract data, pay and bank account, attendance and leave, official documents, medical insurance and dependants, performance and training, and job applications and CVs.

Why

To carry out your employment contract, to meet legal duties (Labor Law, GOSI, Wage Protection, ZATCA), and for legitimate business management. If your employer switches on AI features, AI may help employees and screen CVs, processed by a provider outside Saudi Arabia; people make the final decisions.

Who sees it

HR and your manager where needed, government bodies when required by law, and service providers (hosting, email, AI) under contracts that protect the data.

How long we keep it

For the duration of employment and then for the periods the law requires, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can see your data and download a copy (menu → 2-step sign-in → My personal data), ask for it to be corrected or destroyed, object, and complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). Send a request from Requests & letters → “Personal data request”.
